Redefining Flable AI’s Platform and Brand for User Trust
Revamping an AI-driven platform to deliver an intuitive multi-agent experience for modern marketers.
Flable AI is an emerging force in the world of AI marketing a platform built around intelligent agents that act as your virtual marketing team. Their ambition?
To become the AI CMO for modern businesses, a single hub where specialized AI agents collaborate to drive marketing performance.
They reached out after being referred by the SEORCE team, who had experienced firsthand the clarity and transformation my designs brought. From our first meeting, it was clear Flable didn’t just need better visuals. They needed trust. Their old product felt disconnected and unintuitive, their brand presence didn’t reflect their ambition, and they needed a design language that would communicate innovation, professionalism, and confidence.
That’s where I came in to help them build that bridge.

The Process
1. Discovery and Alignment
When SEORCE introduced me to the Flable team, they already had a live platform and a website but both felt off-brand. During our first few strategy meetings, I noticed a gap between their vision and their visuals. They wanted to look like the future of AI marketing, but their interface looked like the past.
So I began by understanding their users primarily middle-aged marketers who wanted innovation, but without confusion. This clarity became our north star: innovation should feel human.

2. Designing the Future of AI Marketing
Flable’s system was unique multiple AI agents managed under a “leader” agent known as the AI CMO. Each sub-agent specialized in a different marketing function: analytics, strategy, reporting, and content.
My challenge was to make these interactions feel natural like talking to a team, not a tool.
I designed intuitive agent panels, quick-report cards, and conversational touchpoints that made the experience feel alive. The design wasn’t just aesthetic it built emotional trust between users and the product.

3. Website Revamp in Framer
Midway through our collaboration, I realized their website wasn’t doing justice to the product. It lacked presence no motion, no story. So I proposed building a Framer website light, modern, and fast.
In just three days, I delivered a fully responsive landing page prototype complete with animations, interactions, and transitions that mirrored the product’s rhythm.
The team loved it. It felt alive. It looked like the future.
Though they didn’t go live with it at that time, the prototype became a reference point for how their brand should feel clear, dynamic, and bold.

4. Iteration, Leadership, and Collaboration
The design process was highly iterative. I’d ship a concept, we’d meet, review, refine and repeat. Each loop made the product more refined and trustworthy.
During this time, I also managed another designer, Rida, leading product direction and mentoring her through interface refinements and system consistency.
This project stretched my leadership skills it taught me how to drive creative alignment while empowering others to deliver at their best pace.
Reflection
Flable AI was a turning point in my growth as a designer and leader.
It reminded me that design is not just about usability it’s about credibility.
Every detail we refined was a step toward earning trust from typography choices to the tone of the interface.
Working with their team taught me how to lead with empathy, balance creative freedom with accountability, and design for both humans and ambition.
The project continues to evolve, and watching Flable grow toward new funding milestones feels deeply rewarding.
For me, it wasn’t just a design project it was a masterclass in clarity, collaboration, and trust by design.
